This company specialises in criminal litigation and provides an opportunity to:

· Gain hands on work experience in a UK legal company providing a range of legal services to private clients

· develop skills for working in a competitive legal environment including time management, team working, and client research

· gain practical experience of clerical tasks including managing filing systems, legal research, preparing case summaries for cases, drafting legal documents, responding to client enquiries, assisting with general PA duties for the Managing Director, and potentially / occasionally attending clients and counsel at Court.

· gain an understanding of the UK legal and business environment

· play a role in the running and growth of a UK legal company

· activate business specific English language skills – written, spoken, listening and comprehension

· work with people from a range of backgrounds
